PAC MAKE UP COMPETITION 2014 PAC is set to create a bigger impact in this year’s make-up competition with the support of PICA and Cosmetologie 2014, choosing only the best make-up artists to represent the Philippines in the International Make Up Competition, to be held in Jakarta Indonesia this October 2014. The competition is open to all make-up artists without brand affiliation, ages 18 and above.
