WEEK 1 (March 19 – 23) I’ve gotten so used to Wendler’s 531 that the new exercises seem alien to me. I hope to get better form next week so I started with the lowest set of weights first. Hey guys! Just a word of caution this is NOT a workout guide. Rather I started taking videos of my training to track my progess from week to week. I hope this also inspires you to wake up, get up, and get fit.
